My Order
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until 24 hours after the payment is confirmed, this is the time it takes for us to prepare your package and send it to the transport company.
My order has already been shipped but I don’t want it anymore. What can I do?
You can refuse to receive the package upon delivery so it will be shipped back to us!
Once you refuse it, send us a message so we can provide you with the refund or reshipment of another item.
I accidentaly entered the wrong address. What can I do?
You can email us at mark@talentdemand.online and ask our Customer Happiness Personnel to change it for you right away .
We can only change your address within 24 hours after your purchase .
My discount code didn’t work. How can I correct this?
Some codes only work once per customer , so be sure you are not trying to use the same code twice.

I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive on the same package?

I received only one item of my order. When will the other/s arrive?
When your order is shipped , you will receive the tracking number on the email address provided within 2 days .
In case your items are being shipped on different packages , you will receive more than one tracking number ./p>

Do you ship to my country?
We ship most of our products worldwide . However , some specific items cannot be shipped to some countries because there’s no shipping solution from our craftsmen’s location .
